How can send samples for fast delivery?

We can dispatch the samples by using courier services like DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS or under which you would be interested to receive your samples

 

How secure is The "Emex Group" for samples?

You can send all the payments for Samples through your bank to our bank account as it is very secure & the best.

 

What payment methods do we accept ?

We can accept payment by T/T in Bank Company Account or Letter of Credit at Sight. Moreover, we can also agree on 50% payment with order and 50% at the time of shipment.

 

Prices of the Items.

We can offer you prices based on FOB, C&F and CIF (By Air & By Sea). However, it is up to you, how you like to receive the prices or orders.

 

How long will it take to process orders?

Order schedule for the shipments will be based on the quantity of ordered products. Therefore, the exact time for the complete process can be given as per quantity of each order.

 

How can track order once it has been shipped?

After the order has been shipped, we will inform you through email along with scanned copies of Air Way Bill or Bill of Lading, Invoice & Packing List as well as other detail of your order. Once your order has been completed and shipped by us, tracking information will also be available. You will also receive notification from the concern shipping agents before delivery.

 

What methods of shipping do we offer?

If you want, we can ship the order through couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS because they are fast, efficient, reasonable, reliable and deliver the goods at your warehouses. However, you have to pay freight charges as per their weight & dimension packages.

Moreover, we also ship the orders By Air & By Sea, if you need to receive your order by using these 2 methods. However, you would receive your order within schedule after your order has been shipped.

We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages which have been marked as "delivered" by the delivery tracking reference number. If you have a concern as to where the package may be left, please have the packages delivered to an address where someone will be available to receive the shipment.

 

What if you have to return or replace any damaged/broken item ?

The Emex Group is dedicated to providing you the best quality products on best to best possible prices. If you need to return any damaged or broken item, we can accept but you have to inform us through email with attached pictures & complete detail including a copy of signed survey report by the related agencies within 3/4 working days after receipt of the order as well as goods.
